HOW IT ALL STARTED?
EAST-PACIFC LAB
Founded in 2016 and led by award-winning transportation designer Yaro Yakovlev, this positive, purely experimental, digital, non-commercial design space aimed to bring together designers and creatives from all over the world to work openly and freely in the fields of transportation, product, and UX/UI design. The goal is to solve the issues we face every day as end-users, enjoy creative activities, and provide expert consultancy to companies.
Year by year, the LAB matured into a fully operational multidisciplinary digital space that attracts top talent worldwide to solve the most interesting and inspiring design challenges using cutting-edge technologies and traditional art tools. This allows us to work as a remote network in the most efficient fashion. Today, East-Pacific Lab is a dynamic team of passionate and experienced experts from the world of design.
Currently, we operate from our two base camps located in Hamamatsu, Japan, and Frankfurt, Germany.
